RETURNS POLICY & COMPLAINTS
Due to the nature of our product we have an extremely strict NO RETURN policy. It is important that you exercise diligent care when placing an order.
We will consider replacing items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped solely within our discretion. If you require an exchange send us an email and proof of the damages, defective or incorrect item. We will contact you to make further arrangements.
Receipt of damaged, defective, or incorrect orders should be reported to us via email within 24 hours of delivery of your order. We undertake to collect the damages, defective or incorrectly shipped items to be exchanged without any charges within a reasonable time. The exchange is subject to the items being in their original packaging. Any processing of items, by yourself or a third party, will result in tacit consent to proper delivery.
All complaints should be directed at us via email setting out in detail your complaint and your required feedback or outcome. We promise to respond to all complaints within a reasonable time and undertake to try our utmost to resolve the issues promptly.
