The Golden Tea is our original turmeric tea blend of seven powerful Ayurvedic spices & coconut. It is an effective immune booster and contains at least 25 servings per pack with 1.7g of turmeric per 5g serving.

Preparation

To make a warming Golden tea, add 1 heaped teaspoon of tea blend too every 200ml of boiling water. Stir well, cover and steep for up to 5 minutes & then strain. Alternatively you can use a French press or tea plunger. Enjoy as is or sweeten to taste.
