Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis)(93%), Lemongrass (3%), Ginseng (2%), Lemongrass flavouring (2%)

Preparation/ Brewing

Hot: Boil freshly drawn water & pour over tea bag(s) in your teapot or cup. Steep for 3-5 minutes or longer for a stronger brew.

Cold: Also makes a refreshing ice tea. Just follow the instructions above and allow tea to cool. Serve with ice cubes or crushed ice.
