Directions

Bath: Add 1-2 drops of Peppermint oil to your bath.

Inhalation:  Add 3 – 4 drops of Peppermint oil to hot water and inhale deeply.

Massage: Mix 5 drops of Peppermint oil with 10ml of Burgess & Finch carrier oil. Apply to selected areas.
