Burgess & Finch Lemon Grass Essential Oil (Cymbopogon citratus) is an invigorating oil which stimulates, revives and energises the body. It can be used to treat jet-lag, clear the head and relieve fatigue. Purifying, stimulating and cleansing, lemon grass can also help to relieve the symptoms of a variety of stress-related conditions such as nervous exhaustion, headaches, and even body-aches.

It has a strong, lemon-like aroma that can be used to repel insects and works well in open areas. Lemon grass is one of the most popular essential oils and it is frequently used as an air freshener or insect repellent.

EXTRACTION

Steam distilled from fresh or partly dried leaves of the tall lemon grass

Directions

Bath: Add 1-2 drops of Lemongrass oil to your bath.

Massage: Add 5 drops Lemon Grass oil to 10ml carrier oil, apply to exposed areas.

Burner: Apply 4 drops to burner.
